Construction Updates
The Boulevards at South Bay site encompasses 168 acres on two parcels;
the 157-acre former Cal Compact Landfill parcel and an adjacent 11-acre,
non-landfill parcel.
Site clean-up and installation of remedial systems is currently underway..
